Refund & Cancellation Policy

GhosTag Pro is a digital plan, sold either as a Yearly plan (₹249/year, which renews each year) or a one-time Lifetime plan (₹999, paid once). Every owner gets their first 3 alerts free, so you can fully evaluate the service before paying.

Cancellation.You can stop using Pro at any time. The Yearly plan simply ends if you don't renew — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds. If you were charged in error or faced a technical issue that prevented you from using Pro, contact us within 7 days of the charge — via in-app chat support, or the contact details in the footer — and we will review and, where appropriate, refund it to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We generally do not refund a plan period that has already been used.
