By creating an account or using GhosTag (GhosTag, operated by GhosTag), you agree to these terms.

The service. GhosTag lets a vehicle owner display a QR code that allows another person to anonymously notify them, with a photo, that their vehicle is blocking someone. We relay the notification; we are not responsible for whether or when the owner acts on it.

Acceptable use. You must not use GhosTag to harass, send false or malicious reports, upload unlawful or offensive images, or attempt to identify or contact other users outside the service. We may suspend accounts or tags that abuse the service.

Free tier & Pro. The first 3 alerts per owner are free. Continued unlimited alerts with photo proof and premium QR designs require a Pro plan — ₹249/year (renews yearly) or a one-time ₹999 Lifetime plan. Features and pricing may change with notice.

No warranty.The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee delivery of every notification (it depends on the owner's device, browser, and network).

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhosTag is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
